EXP Chance (EXPチャンス, EXP Chansu), also translated as Experience Boost in Kingdom Hearts II, is an ability found in Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It doubles the experience gained from defeating enemies when the character's HP is depleted. In Kingdom Hearts II, it only needs to be below 50%, while in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep it must be below 25% to activate.

• Sora gains this at level 9 (Dream Sword), level 7 (Dream Rod), and level 17 (Dream Shield).
• The Gull Wing has Experience Boost as its Equipment Ability.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

• EXP Chance can be attached to a type B or type J Command recipe through Command Melding, either randomly or by applying a Abounding Crystal.
