Fire Surge (ファイアブリッツ, Faia Burittsu, lit. "Fire Blitz") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to rush forward a short distance while surrounded by a revolving ring of fire that may hit targets multiple times.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Fire Surge is a Basic attack command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 3, and a normal reload time of 15 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 10%.

• Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can create Fire Surge through Command Melding.
• Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can buy Fire Surge from the Moogle Shop for 650 munny once six worlds are cleared or the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
• Ventus can find Fire Surge in a chest at the Launch Deck.
• Aqua can find Fire Surge in a chest at the Ship Hub.
• Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can find Fire Surge as a bonus on the normal Hunny Pot Board and Secret Board.
• The Donald D-Link has Fire Surge in its Lv.1 and Lv.2 Command Deck.

Fire Surge is a Basic-class Attack Command that can be melded through four different recipes, listed in the Attack Recipe.

• The first recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, and Aqua and is a type K recipe.
  • Binding Strike (LV3) + Fira (LV3)
• The second recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, and Aqua and is a type O recipe.
  • Confusion Strike (LV3) + Fira (LV3)
• The third recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, and Aqua and is a type A recipe.
  • Fire Strike (LV3) + Fira (LV3)
• The fourth recipe can be melded by Terra, Ventus, and Aqua and is a type D recipe.
  • Ignite (LV3) + Fire Dash (LV3)

Other Appearances

While in Master Form, Sora's Fire is executed in a manner similar to Fire Surge.
