In Christmas Town, Sora and his friends change forms to match with the appearances of the residents through Donald's magic. Despite the changes, their abilities remain the same as normal.

In the original version of Kingdom Hearts II, the party retain their Halloween Town costumes. These changes only happen in the Final Mix version.
